PCRAIG DIGITAL is Paul Craig, a forward-deployed engineer and technical strategist with over a decade of modern public-sector service delivery experience — aka, “digital transformation.”
I’ve worked for the Government Digital Service in the UK, the Canadian Digital Service in Canada, and I’ve consulted for various US public-sector organizations: Colorado’s Behavioural Health Administration, Health and Human Services , and New York State’s Department of Labor.
I work directly with stakeholders and users, prototype quickly, write software, and know the difference between moving fast and rushing to hit arbitrary deadlines. I like simple systems, open standards, accessible interfaces, user needs, and getting useful services shipped.
